Portrait Session

Kasey looked absolutely gorgeous for this session. Her dress and flower crown were dreamy, and she was legit glowing the entire time. Kasey had a boot on her foot while we did the session. In fact, she couldn’t even move without one of those wheely carts to rest her leg on, so we had to get creative and scout out a place where she could move around easily. Luckily, this beautiful little walkway right in front of my in-laws house had a paved path that made movement simple for us!

Kasey brought her little girl with her on the shoot, but unfortunately she was not having it today. She was a little camera shy, and every time I lifted the camera to my face to take a picture, she would run away or hide her face. Luckily, Grandma was there to help out and keep her comapany while we got some stunning shots of Kasey!
Even though she was wearing a boot and her daughter wasn’t cooperating, Kasey was so passionate about capturing this special moment in her life. It really put into perspective what a magical time this is and that memories are more important than making every picture look absolutely perfect.

Kasey, thank you for being so easygoing during this session. The situation isn’t always ideal when taking pictures, but you were so patient and happy the entire time. I’m so excited for you to add another little one to your family!
