Spencer and Dave’s beach wedding in North Carolina was a day to remember, and even the rainy spouts of sporadic thunderstorms couldn’t dampen their sunny spirits! These two really wanted their special day to be filled with joy and celebration, and that’s exactly how it was.

The couple chose this beautiful beach house on the coast of North Carolina for their wedding, with a stunning staircase and ocean views. The day started with Dave donning his quail feather bowtie (as an homage to his hunting passion!) and Spencer admiring her gown. Both bride and groom were surrounded by friends and family as the anticipation rose.

Before the ceremony began, the bride and groom shared a cute moment together as Dave saw Spencer in her wedding dress for the first time. She looked stunning in her lace gown as she walked towards Dave, who was beaming with joy. After the ceremony, we snuck outside to take North Carolina beach wedding photos in the moments where the sun was shining. Despite some crazy winds, the photos turned out beautifully, with the surrounding beach scenes as a stunning backdrop.

As the reception began, the wind picked up and the thunderstorm continued, but the guests didn’t let it dampen their spirits. The party continued with the sounds of thunder and lightning adding to the celebratory atmosphere. The dance floor was full all night, and you could just see how much fun Spencer and Dave have together.

In the end, Spencer and Dave’s beach wedding in North Carolina was a beautiful celebration of love, filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable memories. They proved that even a thunderstorm couldn’t stop them from having the best day of their lives. I had the time of my life photographing these two love birds, and I wish them the most wonderful and happy time together as husband and wife!
