A Brief history of the Bradford
While the Bradford may look like a historic home, it has actually never been lived in. Its original purpose was always to be a wedding venue! This beautiful mansion venue spans over 12 acres and hosted their first event in 2014. The property was immaculately designed by the C and D Events team to be reminiscent of the European countryside.
The Bradford wedding team envisioned a serene, luxury getaway for couples getting married. This why in addition to all the beautiful outdoor scenes and expansive ballrooms, there are also 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the property! The options for styling a unique wedding here are endless, and every nook and cranny here is nothing short of picturesque.
Ceremony and Reception sites at the Bradford
The Side Garden
The Bradford has a beautiful, white brick, fireplace outside right next to the courtyard. Setting chairs up in front of the fireplace makes for the perfect outdoor ceremony site and provides a lovely backdrop!
Guests can access the side garden by going through the house, or by going around the house on the side.
The courtyard
One of the most popular locations for outdoor settings at the Bradford. The courtyard is in the center of the property, and has easy access to the house, the side garden, and both of the ballrooms.
The square stepping stones and bistro lighting make this a magical scene, and it could easily be used for either a ceremony or reception.
The Ballroom
The main ballroom at the Bradford has the most lovely, elegant details. There is a wall of windows on the left, letting in tons of natural light and giving guests a clear view of the Courtyard.
Everything from the floors to the beamed ceilings has been meticulously designed. The ballroom is a great place for the reception, and could be a beautiful rainy-day backup plan if you're nervous about the weather for an outdoor ceremony.

- Pricing ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 for single day weddings. Off season discounts may be available, and multi-day packages are also available.

The Bradford does have overnight rooms on the property, as well two beautiful bridal suites, so many of my couples will choose to have their getting ready photos taken there. If you are looking for a nearby hotel for photos or for guests, you might look into B&B's Country Garden Inn or the Fearrington House Inn.
