Caroline and Ber knew they wanted to get married. They had 5 children together and they wanted to make their love official. So they decided to tie the knot in the most spectacular way—through 3 different ceremonies at their wedding at Colonel Francis Beatty Park!
The first two ceremonies were at the gorgeous outdoor pavillion next to the main hall. Not only did they have a traditional American ceremony here, they also had sand pouring ceremony. The weather was perfect and everyone who was important to them was there. Caroline’s Mom was there, as well as Ber’s siblings, and of course, Caroline and Ber’s children. The whole family was included in the ceremony and the groom couldn’t help but tear up when Caroline walked down the aisle in her white dress. This Colonel Francis Beatty Park wedding ended up being exactly what Caroline and Ber dreamed of!
The last ceremony was a traditional Hmong string tying ceremony. The kids ran around playing as guests tied white string around the family member’s wrists. Heartfelt toasts during the Hmong ceremony made this entire wedding at Colonel Francis Beatty Park so meaningful and touching.
After the ceremony, I snuck back outside with the two lovebirds to get some beautiful photos of them at Colonel Francis Beatty Park. Onlookers couldn’t help but sigh- enamored by this sweet couple and their family.
Caroline and Ber, thank you so much for letting me photograph your wedding. I was honored to be a part of such an amazing day. You two are just so cute together! The way you both look at each other is so sweet—it’s clear that you know how lucky you are, and it makes me smile every time I see it. I will always remember this Colonel Francis Beatty Park wedding!
