“It’s almost June, no way it will be cold up there!”
“It’s already summertime, we won’t need to worry about snow now.”
“Should I bring a jacket? Nahhhh. Probably won’t need it.”
If only we had known. Never underestimate how cold it can get in the mountains, no matter what time of year it is! Luckily, this was only a styled shoot and Kessa was just taking photos for fun- otherwise she would have been one chilly bride! And even more lucky was that Sarah had a blanket in car, perfect for when you totally underestimate the weather!

This shoot was quick moments of us rushing to pose for photos, and immediately running and jumping back into our blankets and jackets before the cold had a chance to seep into our bones! Kessa never let it get to her though, and she couldn’t keep the big smile off her face. Even wrapped up like a burrito she looked amazing! One day she is going to make the cutest little bride.

Kessa, even though this shoot took us by surprise, I had so much fun freezing in the mountains with you! You have a personality that shines like the sun, and warms up everyone around you. I know one day you really will make the most lovely bride!
