Taking casual engagement photos with Lauren and Joey at the country club was such a treat. With Lauren’s parents living close to a beautiful lake and a stunning country club, we knew we had to take advantage of these gorgeous spots. We made the most of the grand staircases, elegant balconies, and the breathtaking sunset that set the perfect backdrop for their photos. The relaxed atmosphere and picturesque surroundings made for a wonderful session, capturing the love and joy between Lauren and Joey in such a special setting.

Joey told me how he proposed on New Year’s Eve, which made the holiday even more memorable for them. Even though they’ve been planning their wedding from Virginia since then, they took the time to come down to Charlotte for their engagement photos. You could tell how much this meant to them, and it was great to capture these moments. Their excitement for the wedding was clear, and it was a pleasure to be part of this special time in their lives.
