A hush fell over the room as Nash held Macie close. They swayed back and forth, with eyes closed and soft smiles- taking a break from the excited giggling and whispering from earlier. Enjoying the moment. I had to be light on my feet as I ran around them, hoping to snap a few shots that would really show the romance that permeated every corner of the room.

Macie and Nash were the type of optimistic excited couple I love to photograph! You could not keep the smiles off of their faces when they were together. What I loved about these two was that they really came alive and loosened up in front of the camera! The secret to looking great in your pictures is to forget that the pictures are being taken. These two took that advice to heart as they took this day as an opportunity to create a fun genuine memory together.

One of my favorite things about Macie and Nash was their aesthetic. I want to say…Southern Whimsical Charm? With elegance? And magic? Is that too many aesthetics? Either way, I was breathing sighs of happiness at these beautiful pink and green tones with flowers from Breezy Floral that looked wild and free, and the gorgeous detailed setup designed by Chelsey Black.

These guys were having way too much fun, and it turned out for some amazing shots! Some of my favorite highlights were of them running, dancing, even lying on down on the floor! Macie’s dress from Bree Lena was so flowy and so gorgeous, it was awesome seeing it in action as they twirled around State House together.

Macie, Nash, thank you so much for letting me see your beautiful relationship. I had so much fun photographing you two, and I hope you’re able to have a lifetime of happiness together!
