Becca and Conor’s wedding at Camelot Meadows, a beautiful barn wedding venue in Belmont NC, was nothing short of enchanting. It’s not every day you get to witness such a sweet a love story unfold in such a picturesque setting. The wedding itself was classic, warm, and loving. Everything a wedding day should be!

Conor’s Scottish heritage brought a deeply meaningful tradition to the day. To symbolize Becca’s acceptance into his family, they wrapped the family scarf around her shoulders. This beautiful gesture signified her being enveloped into their family line, and it was a moment filled with rich symbolism. The scarf, adorned with the family’s brooch, held generations of history and love, and by sharing it with Becca, they not only celebrated their union but also embraced her as an integral part of their lineage. This blending of traditions and families added an extra layer of depth and significance at this gorgeous barn wedding venue.

The ceremony took place in the open field behind the barn wedding venue, with the bamboo forest as a picturesque backdrop. I know Becca and Conor must have had their hearts beating like crazy as Becca walked the aisle from the back of the barn doors down to the open ceremony site. As they exchanged their vows, a live singer serenaded them with beautiful guitar melodies, filling the air with music that made the whole ceremony feel peaceful and serene.

As their wedding photographer, I can’t express enough how truly honored I was to be part of Becca and Conor’s special day at one of my favorite barn wedding venues. Capturing their love story in images was an absolute joy, and the beauty of their wedding day was beyond words. The way they embraced traditions and the heartfelt moments they shared made for some truly captivating photographs. It’s moments like these that remind me why I adore what I do – preserving love stories as beautiful as Becca and Conor’s.
