Some weddings just feel like sunshine, and that’s exactly how this Camelot Meadows wedding unfolded. From the moment I arrived, there was laughter, joy, and the kind of excitement that comes with having all your favorite people in one place. With seven bridesmaids, eight groomsmen, flower girls, and ring bearers, this was a big wedding party! If you’re dreaming of a celebration that feels like a giant family reunion paired with a love story, this day was the perfect example.
One of my absolute favorite parts of the day was the first look. Instead of waiting until the ceremony, these two shared private vows in the quiet moments beforehand. No audience, no distractions- just raw emotion and promises whispered between them. If you’re planning your own wedding at Camelot Meadows (or anywhere, really), I can’t recommend private vows enough. They’re such a beautiful way to soak in the day together.
The ceremony itself took place in the bamboo forest, and wow was it stunning. Camelot Meadows weddings are known for their natural beauty, and this ceremony was a perfect example of letting the location shine. With minimal florals and décor, the couple focused on what mattered most: their love and the promises they made. A close friend officiated, which added such a heartfelt, personal touch that had guests laughing one moment and tearing up the next.
The colors of the day (pink, orange, yellow, and blue) looked like a summer sunset and made the entire celebration feel warm and vibrant. Fun fact: the bride and groom are both accountants, and they first met at work! But this day was anything but spreadsheets and deadlines, it was all joy, dancing, and happy smiles.
The reception was full of heartfelt traditions and plenty of fun. With a big extended family filling the room, watching first dances and cake cutting, the atmosphere was joyful and full of life. And just before the night settled in, we snuck away for sunset photos by the lake. Those golden hour moments at Camelot Meadows are always a dream, and this time was no exception.
Between their private vows, the bamboo grove ceremony, and the joy radiating from their families, every moment was a dream. I’m so thankful they trusted me with their memories, and I can’t wait for them to relive every detail through their photos.
